About items

Do you have any physical stores where I can see the items?

We currently do not have any physical stores. Our items are exclusively available through our online shop.

Can you repair Kimonos or leather if they get torn?

We do not offer repairs. If there is a tear within three months of receiving the item, we will provide a replacement free of charge. For damages after that period, please contact us for a discounted replacement.

What should I do if my item gets wet in the rain?

Our items are treated with a water-repellent coating, so wiping them with a dry towel as soon as possible will help prevent stains.

Is there a shipping fee?

Shipping is free. Responsibility for customs duties and taxes varies by country. Please refer to each product page for details.

How long does it take for the order to be shipped?

Orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days after purchase.

Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

It is possible if you contact us before shipping. Please provide your order number, name, and the new shipping address.

Is returns possible?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

How will refunds be processed?

We will arrange for a refund using the payment method you used for the purchase.
