・Do you have any physical stores where I can see the items?

→ We currently do not have any physical stores. Our items are exclusively available through our online shop.

・I want a item exactly like the one in the photo. Is that possible?

→ Each kimono's color and pattern are unique. While we can offer similar items, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Please understand.

・Can you repair Kimonos or leather if they get torn?

→ We do not offer repairs. If there is a tear within six months of receiving the item, we will provide a replacement free of charge. For damages after that period, please contact us for a discounted replacement.

・What should I do if my item gets wet in the rain?

  • → Our items are treated with a water-repellent coating, so wiping them with a dry towel as soon as possible will help prevent stains.

・Is there a shipping fee?

→ Shipping is free. When customs duties or taxes are incurred, we kindly ask customers to bear the costs upon receiving the items.

・How long does it take for the order to be shipped?

→ We will ship your order within 3 months of placing it. Please wait patiently until then.

・Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?

→ It is possible if you contact us before shipping. Please provide your order number, name, and the new shipping address.

・Is returns possible?

・How will refunds be processed?
